- If, for any reason, you wish to return an ICC product, you may return it within 90 days via UPS or insured Parcel Post, undamaged, with the receipt, for a full refund (less shipping charges).
- 1 Year Warranty
- All ICC products have a One Year Warranty. Products that are damaged or modified are not covered by the warranty. Products of other manufacturers sold by ICC may be subject to their warranties.

- Returns & Replacements
- Please contact technical support to diagnose the issue. If the unit is defective, you will be issued a RMA to return your product. Once received by ICC, most repairs are made and shipped back same day. Please do not return your unit without prior authorization.

- Choose between UPS and FedEx. Shipping international is not a problem.
