Adobe Flash Player End of Life

Adobe stopped supporting Flash Player beginning December 31, 2020 and blocked Flash content from running in Flash Player beginning January 12, 2021.

After January 12, 2021, accessing Flash content using a web browser no longer works, and instead, you see the following image. Clicking on the image will take you to the Adobe Flash Player EOL General Information Page.

How does this affect existing ICC products?

Some older ICC products are configured using an embedded web server that runs Adobe Flash content. After January 12, 2021, these embedded web servers can no longer be accessed using a web browser.

How can I configure my device without a web browser?

ICC has created a standalone configuration tool for each affected product. The Configuration Tool can be downloaded from the links below or from the device's product page under the Software heading.

Please note that prior to running the standalone configuration tool, you must confirm that the device has been updated to the latest firmware version to ensure compatibility. Refer to the device’s user manual for firmware update instructions.


Instructions

  1. Update your device to the latest firmware version.
  2. Download the Configuration Tool for your product.
  3. Extract the contents of the zip file.
  4. Run the Configuration Tool.
  5. Enter your device's IP address and authentication information (if applicable).
  6. Click the Connect button.
